Using CiteReady
- Only audit websites you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to review, such as a client or prospect's public site.
- Don't use CiteReady to overload, probe or attack websites, or to get around our rate limits.
- We may block requests or accounts that break these rules.
What the audit is, and isn't
Audits are automated, rule-based checks of a page at one point in time. They're guidance, not a guarantee of how any AI or search engine will treat a site. Engines change their crawlers and ranking often. Apply fixes with care and test them, especially changes to robots.txt and firewall settings.
Paid plans
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- One-off report credits don't expire.
- Launch-offer prices stay fixed for as long as the subscription stays active.

White-label reports
On paid plans you may present reports under your own brand. You're responsible for what you tell your clients about them.
Liability
CiteReady is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
