Refund policy
Effective:
- Subscriptions (Agency, Pro, Solo): if CiteReady isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.
- One-off reports ($9 / ₹249): unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are refundable if the report failed to generate.
- How: email hello@citeready.app from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or Razorpay), usually within 5–10 working days.
